This Information is provided, in compliance with the articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter "Regulation"), to users (hereinafter "Users" or "User") of the site www.stowluggage.com, owned by XHUB SRLS., in the person of the l.r.p.t. , P.IVA 17027041007, with registered office in Rome, Via Marghera 21 Rome, registered in the Company Register of Rome under number REA RM – 1690894, as Data Controller (hereinafter "Owner"), and has the purpose of describe the management methods of the Site with reference to the processing of personal data, as well as to allow the Users of the Site to know the purposes and methods of processing personal data by the Owner in case of their conferment.

The Data Controller ensures that personal data is processed in full compliance with the Regulation, using manual, IT or telematic systems. The personal data collected may be processed by subjects or categories of subjects who act as data processors pursuant to art. 28 EU Reg. 16/679 or who are authorized to process data pursuant to art. 29 EU Reg. 16/679. Furthermore, for some services, the data may be communicated to companies that collaborate or use the services of the Data Controller, with the sole intention of providing the services requested by the User. The Data Controller, in providing the data, aimed at providing the services requested by the User, has ensured that these companies have the appropriate requirements and adopt appropriate security measures for their protection. In particular, the data provided by the User may be shared by the Owner with the following third parties exclusively to provide the services requested by the User or to comply with other regulatory obligations: Service Companies, which the Owner uses for the provision of services. Apart from the aforementioned hypotheses, personal data will not be communicated except to subjects, bodies and Authorities to whom the communication is mandatory by virtue of the provisions of the law or regulation.
The personal data collected through the Site may be transferred outside the national territory, solely and exclusively for the execution of the services requested through the Site and in compliance with the specific provisions of the Regulation. The countries where personal data may be transferred belong to the European Economic Area. The Data Controller ensures that the processing of personal data by these recipients takes place in compliance with the Regulation.
The computer systems and the technical and software procedures underlying the functioning of the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the access and functioning mechanisms and protocols in use on the Internet. Every time the User connects to the Site and every time he calls up or requests content, the access data is stored in our systems, in the form of tabular or linear data files.
